Classic Restoration

Villa Umbriana was restored by its current owner and the original restoration work was overseen by Italian architect Domenico Minchilli. Domenico's  restoration work has been widely featured in Architectural Digest and our house was highlighted in the book  "Restoring A Home in Italy," a deluxe edition that showcases several of his projects that have inspired architects and interior designers worldwide.

The upstairs bedrooms each have one.  Poolside there is a million dollar  view of the hills with Todi on high: rolling hills covered by castles, vineyards and olive groves.  It's guaranteed to take your breath away. Any season. Day or night. The garden also features medieval walls and a tower where roses and clematis grow.
